Title: Suspension Procedure
Post by: Mojo on October 28, 2009, 04:07:04 PM
The "suspension" (aka ban) procedure seeks to promote good player relationships and practices to ensure issues of forum and battle day misconduct are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner in line with the regulations laid out by the Charlie Foxtrot Tournament rules.

CFB1
The tournament administration reserves the right to enforce a ban in the event that a player(s) is interpreted to have contravened policy as stated above.

CFB2
The type of action taken by the administration may be one of the following up to immediate removal (see CFB3):

1. First forum/Battle ban ban
2. Second forum ban/battle ban
3. Third forum ban/battle ban

A fourth breach is considered as persistent and therefore a serious attempt to disrupt (see CFB3)

CFB3
If a players conduct is considered as a serious attempt to disrupt the tournament then the player faces removal from the current CF campaign (inc forums) and a permanent exclusion from any future CF campaigns.(inc forums).

CFB4
Battle bans and forum bans are indefinite and are at the discretion of the administration.

CFB5
During the ban period it is not permitted for the player to:

1: Use another party to make posts on their behalf.
2: Attempt to create further accounts to access the forums.
3: Attempt to have the ban over turned by contacting the administration directly or indirectly using any form of communication and entering dialogue about the ban.

For all breaches of discipline a warning or ban will include a specific description of the conduct causing the breach and the consequences of failing to improve as required.
